My first attempt at Iris Folding and I love this technique x

This was made for my brother
I used the Flippin' Men stamps 'Bathtime'
I cut the circle out using the Fiskars shape-cutter
The background paper was from my crafty stash

Another make from my lovely free stamps

I used mirrored & glittered card along with pearlescent paper, textured card for the layering all from my card stock. The Image was coloured in with promarkers and the accents where from poundland. I finished it off with a glittery happy birthday peel off that I got from a craft store called 'paper n card' that is located in my home town centre. This card will be going to my 6 year old nephew.

My glittery entry for another blog challenge

at Crafter's Companion The theme is Glitter & Glitz and a new baby is a great excuse to use lots of things that shine and glitter. So I created this using a plain baby pink card that I bought from "the works" The toppers are by Habic "cut as a kitten - babies" the white butterfly, which I added glitter to the edges myself are "fly stickers" all of which I bought from a great craft stall in my town market called "Scents & Sentiments". The backing papers I cut into shape using my "spellbinders". The ribbon, bright pink flowers, small bright pink butterfly and gems I purchased from "poundland", and the big flower I made from my stash of paper flowers joining them together with a flower brad I acquired from "Debbie Cripps". And to finish it off I added more glitter around the backing paper and a Congratulations peel off. I am very pleased with the out-come all I need now is someone I know to have a baby girl lol.

Something "New" for another blog challenge

This card was entered into the The Crazy Challenge, I made this for a good friend who has just moved house. I used a wavy black card and stamped the Chinese words which mean, 1st is Happiness 2nd is Harmony 3rd is Peace and the 4th stands for Tranquillity which I believe everyone one wants in a new place. The Temple is from a set of clear oriental stamps that I purchased from e-bay along with the Chinese lettering used as the background. I then finished the card off with red glittery boarder peel-offs, a bow, dragonfly's and flowers all of which are stash that I have acquired from various places over the years. The final touch to bring it all together are peel-offs  "A New Home". This card has yet to be sent but I know the lady who it is for will really appreciate it as she is a crafter too.

My first ever card made for a blog challenge

set by The Cutie Pie Challenge. The theme is "cute" therefore I went from a child's perspective. I created it using plain black card from the works.  The owl stamp, leaves and little flowers plus the wording are all clear stamps by Little Musing, the tree itself I drew by hand, and the little sleepy rabbit is a stamp I picked up in a craft sale for 99p. To achieve the purple background I used cosmic shimmer mist (purple violet) on plain white card. All the stamped images are coloured in with pro-markers. The large flower, and small shiny ones plus the stars and ladybird are all from my stash that I have acquired over the years. Hooooooow cute it is to be them lol hope you like.
